JOYity receives location information via GPS. This information is essential to the games since they are location based and it is part of the games to get to a specific place or meet another player.
This information is only collected while actively using JOYity. So if you feel uncomfortable with JOYity “knowing where you are”, just do not start the application and you are fine.
In general we not intend to do something with your data you would not agree. Especially, we don’t pass your data to third parties. We only use your contact details for the use in JOYity and our related communication. You can choose on your own whether your friends within JOYity are able to view your phone number or if it is hidden.
